When no reasons are recorded for arriving at the award the courts do not speculate into the mental process or reasons which may have carried weight with the arbitrator . जिन मामलों में अधिनिर्णय तक पहुंचने के पीछे जो कारण थे , उनको अभिलिखित नहीं किया गया है , उनमें न्यायालय यह अटकल नहीं लगाते कि मध्यस्थ की चिंतन प्रक्रिया क़्या थी या वे कौन से कारण थे जिनको उन्होंने महत्व दिया .
